Truck Your Way: A Construction Materials Transportation App
Truck Your Way is a booking and dispatch platform for gravel and construction material hauling in the USA. Contractors find an available truck, book the job, and follow it in real time. Carriers manage their fleet from the same platform.

Overview
Truck Your Way connects construction teams with truck operators across the USA. Instead of calling around for a dump truck, a site manager opens the app, picks the truck type, sets the time and drop location, and tracks the load until it reaches the site.
Every Solution Needs a Problem to Begin With. For Truck Your Way, It Was Hauling Booked Over Phone Calls
Phone calls, texts, and paperwork still arrange material hauling. A site manager rarely knows which trucks are free that morning, and a carrier rarely knows where every driver is. Small gaps like these turn into missed deliveries and idle crews. Truck Your Way came to us with a clear idea. Put both sides in one place and make booking a truck feel as simple as booking a ride. That meant one platform for contractors, carriers, and drivers, built for how sites actually run.
The Challenge
-
Manual Booking
- Trucks were arranged by call and text, with no shared record.
-
Scheduling Conflicts
- Overlapping jobs and double-booked trucks pushed delivery dates back.
-
No Live Visibility
- Sites had no way to see where a load was or when it would arrive.
-
Idle Resources
- Trucks sat unused while other jobs waited on material.
-
Split Communication
- Contractors, dispatchers, and drivers all worked from different information.
Project Challenges
In the development of Truck Your Way, our team worked through three main challenges:
-
Designing one product that lets a contractor book a truck in a few taps while giving carriers real control over their fleet.
-
Delivering live data on truck availability, driver location, and job status without slowing the app down on weak site connections.
-
Bringing GPS tracking, payment processing, and scheduling into a single backend that stays reliable when third party services are involved.
Project Solution
Our development team answered each challenge with focused decisions during the build.
-
We built two connected experiences on one platform: a short booking flow for contractors and a fleet view for carriers, available on Android, iOS, and web.
-
We added live tracking and status updates, so truck availability, driver location, and job progress all sit inside the same booking screen.
-
We built one backend to handle GPS, payments, and scheduling together, then ran beta testing with real users plus performance and security checks before release.

Performance Snapshot
The platform pulls booking, dispatch, tracking, and payment into one system, so contractors spend less time chasing trucks and carriers keep more of their fleet working.
- 96% Booking Accuracy
- 90% Material Delivery Coordination
- 2X Construction Logistics Speed
- Fleet management Carriers manage trucks, drivers, and jobs
- Multiple carriers Includes specialized dump trucks for gravel
- Built for the USA Made for US construction sites and crews
Truck Your Way keeps booking, dispatch, tracking, and payment inside one platform instead of spread across calls and spreadsheets. Since launch, we have kept shipping updates based on how crews and carriers actually use the app, from scheduling changes to fleet visibility for larger operators.
