Project Overview
Apex Textile Company supplies linens and textiles to healthcare facilities, hotels, industrial operations and auto detailing businesses across the United States. Working from Atlanta with more than 15 years in the industry and 12 years of production knowledge, the company needed a website that could carry its full product range rather than a short brochure.
AppZoro rebuilt Apex as a structured catalog organized around four buyer groups, with product pages designed to end in a phone call or a quote request.
Inside the Project
The brief covered a full rebuild: a catalog split by buyer type, individual pages for each product family, layouts that hold up away from a desk, and search visibility built into the structure rather than added at the end.
-
The project ran with Paawan Mathur, President of Apex Textile Company, from requirements through to launch. Design was produced in Adobe XD and Figma, and the site was deployed within 20 business days.
Challenges We Overcame
-
Challenges
Product information scattered, with no clear route to a specific item Catalog grouped by stock rather than by the buyer using it Layout and product photography breaking down on phones and tablets Catalog depth adding load time, and load time costing inquiries No page level structure for the product terms buyers actually search
-
Results Achieved
Separate entry points for healthcare, hospitality, industrial and specialty Individual pages for each product family, ready to rank and to share Full range usable on phones and tablets, not just at a desk Catalog download and contact details reachable from every page 20% increase in calls and sales reported by the client after launch
Platform Features
These are the parts of the site that carry the product range and move a visitor from browsing to a direct inquiry.
-
Category Navigation
Four buyer groups separated at the top level, so visitors reach the range that applies to their operation first.
-
Product Family Pages
Sheets, towels, blankets, aprons, napkins and detailing supplies each sit at their own address rather than in one long list.
-
Downloadable Catalog
A full PDF catalog available for download, giving buyers something to take into a purchasing meeting.
-
Inquiry Points
Phone, fax, email and an embedded location map reachable from anywhere on the site.
-
Newsletter Signup
A subscribe option that captures contact details from buyers who are not ready to call yet.
Our Strategy
AppZoro worked directly with the Apex leadership team through requirements, design, build and testing, treating the site as a sales tool rather than a brochure. The priorities were set at the start: product visibility first, ease of use second, search performance alongside both.
-
Group the catalog by buyer, not by stock
- Healthcare, hospitality and industrial buyers use different language for the same product, so each group got its own entry point into the range instead of sharing one long list.
-
Give every product family its own page
- A single catalog page cannot rank or be shared internally. Separate pages for sheets, towels, aprons and the rest gave buyers something to bookmark and search engines something specific to index.
-
Build for contact, not checkout
- Apex sales start with a phone call or a quote request, not an online order, so every page was built to end in one. Phone, email and the PDF catalog stay reachable throughout.
