It starts with requirement analysis, where we work out what you're building and why before anyone writes code. That's followed by resource planning, so you know which engineers are on your project and for how long.

Design and prototyping, then development, then testing, then deployment. Maintenance and updates run continuously afterward. Each stage has its own acceptance criteria, so nothing moves forward on somebody's assumption that it's probably fine.

Most applications take somewhere between six and sixteen weeks depending on feature count, platform coverage and how many external systems have to connect. We hold a 90 percent on time delivery rate across a decade of projects.
