TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The kick-off amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• All applicable taxes will be added as per US federal and state tax laws.
• No Response Situation: In case of no response from the Client’s side for more than 7 days despite reminders from the Company’s side, the Company may put the development on hold. In case of no response from the Client’s side for more than 14 days despite reminders from the Company’s side, the Company may terminate the contract. No refund will be issued for work already completed.
• Change requests or additions to the original scope after project kick-off may result in revised timelines and additional costs. Any scope changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
• Appzoro delivers the final product as agreed in the project scope. Once delivered and approved by the client, Appzoro is not liable for any issues arising from modifications made by the client or any third party.
• The client is responsible for providing all required content, assets, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays from the client’s side may result in extended timelines, and Appzoro will not be held responsible for such delays.
• Post-delivery bug fixes are covered for 30 days from the date of final delivery. This does not cover new features, design changes, or issues caused by third-party services or client-side modifications.
• Renewal In Case Of Plan Expiry: Post plan expiry, standard cost will be applicable as per the choice made by the client among the then available plans.

Timeline:

The timeline to deliver the solution would be based on the complexity of the project.

Please Note: The timeline will be applicable from the date of project kick off and once all the requirements are shared by the client.

AI and machine learning solutions are dependent on the quality of data provided by the client. Appzoro does not guarantee specific accuracy levels or outcomes of AI/ML models. The client is responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-powered features before deploying them in production. Appzoro is not liable for decisions made or losses incurred based on AI-generated outputs.

Limitation of Liability:

Appzoro’s total liability for any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. Appzoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Unauthorized Use & Fraud Disclaimer:

Appzoro Technologies Inc. does not operate or provide any trading, investment, wallet, deposit/withdrawal, 55/55 order, “super order,” or financial transaction services. Any website, app, or individual claiming to offer such services using the Appzoro name is acting without authorization. Appzoro accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from such fraudulent platforms.

Recruitment & Job Fraud Disclaimer:

Appzoro Technologies Inc. does not offer any “Data Provider / Analyst”, “App Rating”, or similar remote part-time roles through third-party platforms, unsolicited emails, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
