Overview
Catalogo Gruppo is a digital catalogue app built for Whirlpool, Indesit, Hotpoint and KitchenAid. It lets sales teams explore the full range, compare products across all four brands, and export a custom PDF in seconds.
Every Solution Needs a Problem to Begin With - In Case of the Catalogo Gruppo App, It was a Complex User Journey
It is not uncommon for a restaurant application to get reviews on food quality, delivery time, etc. It is something that every food business owner is prepared for. What is alarming is when reviews start highlighting issues related to the app experience, difficulty in placing an order, or in-app user journey.
When Domino's came to us, they were facing issues with retaining customers and were seeing a rise in their mobile app's bounce rate. They were looking for ways to redefine their business identity in the market and reinstate their image, through redesigned user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
The Challenge
-
Zonal Restrictions
- Users needed access based on their zone.
-
Multiple Delivery Modes
- Users needed access based on their zone.
-
Real time Resource Availability
- Users needed access based on their zone.
-
Personalization & Customization

Project Challenges
In the development of the Catalogo Gruppo Whirlpool app, our team encountered a few challenges:
-
A recovery app that pushes too often gets muted, and a muted app is an uninstall with extra steps. The scheduling layer respects quiet hours, collapses duplicates into one message, and sends the meeting reminder at a time the client picked themselves.
-
A day counter sounds trivial until a client travels, the phone changes zone and a hard-won streak resets overnight. The count is computed on the server from a fixed anchor date and rendered in the client's home zone, so the number never moves for the wrong reason.
-
Phones get handed to family. The app opens on a neutral screen, puts nothing identifying on a lock screen notification, and asks for the device biometric before anything personal is shown.

Performance Snapshot: Measurable Success in 2026
With AppZoro's development support, the Catalogo Gruppo app grew rapidly in 2026 and delivered strong, measurable results for retailers across Europe.
- 2.2M+ catalogues generated
- 1.1M+ products compared in 2026 alone
- 146,689 custom PDFs exported
- 500M+ in catalogue-led revenue
- 13% conversion rate from browse to order
- 45% of sessions started on a mobile device
AppZoro integrated automation across the platform — from catalogue scoring to alerts that remind sales staff when a brand updates a specification. These turned the catalogue into a working tool rather than a document.
Client Testimonial
The team asked better questions than we did. We arrived with a feature list and left the first workshop with a shorter one that actually described the program. Twelve weeks later our clients had something they open every morning.
